Spent six years teaching in Sydney. At Tonbridge School served as Boarding Housemaster and Director of Admissions, successfully strengthening admissions and boarding recruitment. Prior to appointment to Bedford School in September 2014, was Usher (Senior Deputy Head) at Magdalen College School in Oxford. (BA Classics (Durham), PGCE Classics (Cambridge))
