Stephen Jeffries
Stephen leads the Trust strategically as the principal officer. Educated at Nottingham High School, he read Law at the University of Leeds. Trained as a Chartered Accountant with EY, spent a decade at KPMG and PwC, held a senior finance role in a FTSE 100 company, then served as Finance Director for eight years in Financial Services. Joined the Trust in 2019 as Director of Finance and Operations. Also serves as Director and Chair of LGS Enterprises. Lives in Leicestershire for 25+ years. Magnus was educated at Haberdashers' Boys' School and read Engineering at Pembroke College, Cambridge. Joined the NHS Management Training Scheme working at NICE for four years. Gained a Master's in Health and Social Care Policy. Worked for a medical charity in the UK and DRC, then strategy consulting at OC&C in London. Began teaching at age 33 at Lingfield College, then moved to Caterham School as Head of Physics and later Head of Year.
