How does the 3-day free trial work?

Full access to your chosen plan for 3 days. Add children, run matches, build shortlists and use the tracker. Cancel before day three and you're not charged. We email a reminder the day before billing begins.

Where is my data stored?

Postgres on Supabase, UK-region. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell or share parent data with schools.

What if Houseroom misses a deadline?

Deadlines come from each school's published calendar plus our own verification pass. If we miss one and you can show evidence, we'll refund your annual plan in full.

Can I share my account with a partner?

Yes. From Settings → Family you can invite a co-parent. Both of you can view, edit and receive alerts. One billing line per family.
