In October 2024, the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) conducted a routine inspection of Concord College, highlighting the school's effective promotion of its ethos based on rigour, kindness, and creativity. The inspection report commended the college for its high academic standards, noting that pupils achieve highly in public examinations due to their hard work and the guidance, support, and encouragement offered by their teachers. Regarding leadership, Dr. Michael Truss joined Concord College as Principal in 2021. Prior to this role, he had an extensive academic career, including teaching and research positions in Physics and Astrophysics at the University of St Andrews and Durham University. In terms of academic achievements, Concord College reported that in 2025, 87% of GCSE grades were between 7 and 9, with 56% of all GCSEs awarded a grade 9. At A Level, 82% of grades were A* or A, and 95% were A*-B.
