In March 2025, Hillingdon Manor School underwent a standard inspection by Ofsted, resulting in a "Good" rating across all categories: Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, and Leadership and Management. In November 2025, the Pupil Voice Group engaged with Headteacher Grace Mullally to discuss ideas and submit proposals for school improvements, demonstrating active student involvement in school development.
