Wellbeing
Pastoral Care. The Class Teachers ensure that they monitor the progress, development and well-being of each child under their care so that each pupil feels they can discuss any issues they might have with someone who knows them well. The Heads of Lower and Upper School lead the Pastoral Care for their respective sections, and this is overseen by the Deputy Head. ## Homework Homework is intended to reinforce key skills and recently acquired subject knowledge. The acquisition of independent study skills is vital to preparing children for the demands of secondary education and a dedication to life-long learning. By gradually increasing the amount of set homework through each year group, we aim to ensure a smooth progression in study skills whilst still allowing children to explore extra-curricular learning opportunities beyond the school gates. ## Healthy Meals
