About This Programme
Run by the Acosta Dance Foundation, this two-week summer intensive trains young dancers through the Carlos Acosta curriculum, blending classical ballet technique with Tecnica Cubana Contemporanea and Afro-Cuban dance to develop versatile, expressive performers. The Summer Advanced programme is for ages 14-16 and the Summer HUB for ages 17-21. It takes place at the Acosta Dance Centre in Woolwich, London.

- Teaching based on the Carlos Acosta curriculum, delivered by the Acosta Dance Foundation.
- Schedule
- Two-week intensive in classical ballet, Tecnica Cubana Contemporanea and Afro-Cuban dance, 9:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.
Admission Requirements
Application by photographs and video demonstrating barre, centre, allegro, arabesque, a la seconde and tendu devant; all female-identifying dancers must have a minimum of two years of pointe work experience.
