The report highlighted the school's distinctive "small school, big opportunities" identity and commended its academic rigor, outstanding pastoral care, dynamic co-curricular offerings, and a boarding family that is "rooted in kindness." In August 2025, Heathfield's Year 11 students achieved outstanding GCSE results, exceeding nationally predicted grades across the board. More than a third of all grades awarded were 9–8 (A*) grades.
